I truly love all my work and, in the name of full disclosure, working with committed couples is arguably my most satisfying work. I am in a 50-year-old committed relationship and I continue to touch awe as I see the rich ground for soul growth that is inherent in committed relationship.

I meet with a couple for a 75-minute session, which are done as telephone or online counseling sessions or can done in person at my office in Snoqualmie, Washington. The cost is $225 per session.

Take advantage of a discount when you purchase multiple sessions. Paid for individually these sessions are $450. Paid for as a package I charge $420. I typically work with a client individually for two to five hours, which are broken down into 50-minute sessions of in-person, by phone, or online counseling. The initial hours include choosing the archetypes and “throwing the chart.” The following hours involve the interpretation of the chart, understanding the archetypes, and their pragmatic application in the client’s life.

Some clients choose to use their natal archetypal chart as a powerful vehicle for in-depth personal work. They will work with me for 12 50-minute sessions for this intense self-exploration. Another option is a more standard one to three 50-minute sessions where the interpretation is not so in depth, and the client can continue their self-exploration on their own.

Archetypal Analysis sessions can be done as phone or online counseling sessions and/or in person at my office in Snoqualmie. The cost for this service is $150 for a 50-minute session. (If you prefer that I intuit your archetypes for you, the fee is $225.)

I also offer a workshop where the same personal exploration is accomplished in a group setting. The interpretation of this evaluation is essentially a springboard for a deeper self-knowledge and self-exploration.

My approach to wellness admits, encourages and even insists that each person is his or her own ultimate authority. This perspective empowers clients in their health journey and recognizes that we know within ourselves what is truly best for us. As a health consultant, my priority is what is best for the individual.

Because each health practitioner is trained from a certain perspective with a certain set of expertise (i.e., a surgeon is trained in surgery, a massage practitioner in massage, etc.), they do not necessarily hold the individual’s complex nature as a top priority. This is not to say that these learned practitioners aren’t gifted in what they do or that what they tell you isn’t the wisest course to follow. Instead, I am suggesting that the most important opinion is often neglected…the opinion of the individual going through the healing journey—You.

As a health consultant, it is not my job to tell you what to do. My job is to assist you in coming to clarity around what is happening with your body, mind, emotions and spirit. I advocate your own undeniable ability to make the kindest choices for yourself—to make choices that promote the highest potential for you to heal.

I begin our working relationship with a 50-minute intake session. This health consulting session includes a history much like you would give to any healing practitioner. However, your questions and desires for what you want to happen with your health are addressed, and we indulge in deeper communication than what you typically experience with health practitioners.

This session may be all you need in order to feel supported on your healing journey. Or, you may need ongoing support, in which case, I suggest we see each other for another three to five sessions. In my experience, our psyches need approximately three sessions to know if a certain modality or practitioner is serving our needs. Each of the subsequent sessions are also 50 minutes in length and will focus on our initial conversation, as well as benefiting from my expertise in nursing, Intuitive Counseling, skilled communications, and Integrative Medicine.

The 8th Chakra is the Chakra located at arms length from our physical body. It is the Chakra that holds our archetypal or symbolic data from which we can develop a skill set for interpreting events and experiences in our everyday life.

As a culture we have used tools for centuries to help us navigate in the 8th Chakra landscape. Oracular tools such as the Tarot, Astrology, the Runes or Dream Interpretation have helped human beings through the ages to bring the unseen into manifestation. These tools have provided a practical application of our symbolic sight.

In this workshop, we will explore this realm using the tool of Archetypal Analysis from Caroline Myss’ book Sacred Contracts and her Archetype Cards, along with Chandra Sammon’s Astrological Interpretation Cards. We will explore the difference between the collective archetypal toolset which Carl Jung called “the collective unconscious” and our personal archetypal toolset that includes our own personal symbols from dreams and life experiences. We will “throw” your natal-archetypal chart and start you on the road of learning how to interpret what your intuitive voice is telling you. This class is three hours long and costs $75.

Learning to use your own Energetic Anatomy system enriches your sense of personal power. It can inspire you to attain greater self-awareness and experience full participation in your life. In this course, we implement the Chakra teachings. We will explore this ancient wisdom and translate the knowledge into our modern experience.

Students will explore how the language of energy reveals individual needs and points the way toward attaining and deepening the sense of personal awareness and power. This experiential group will use the tools of group discussion, reading, journaling and self-examination to deepen the exploration of the components of the intuitive energetic system.

We will address one Chakra per session, finishing off with the 8th Chakra: our Archetypal field. Our texts will be Anatomy of the Spirit and Defy Gravity by Caroline Myss. Caroline is a leading authority in this field and is fond of saying: “Your biography becomes your biology.” Using a unique ongoing study group format, this class will be open to full or partial attendance.

This class is currently being offered in a study group format every month on a Sunday afternoon from 1-3PM in Snoqualmie, WA. The cost for this study group is $50 for an individual session and $360 for the 8-session series. You don’t have to attend all 8 sessions to benefit! Working with Clarissa Pinkola Estes through Sounds True Productions affected me so profoundly that I offer a study group where we listen to a recording of each of the six 2-two hour sessions and have a discussion afterward.

Since this work is CPE’s, and not mine, I will not be charging for this workshop, though I am available to receive donations for my holding of the sacred container. Since each session will be 4 hours, the format will include a potluck break of snacks.
