In all the decades that I have held self-acceptance as the core practice that supports us in choosing the path of happiness in our life, one of the skill sets and awareness practices that I have found to be very helpful is Energy Hygiene. The result of taking care of our personal energy means that our energy field is full of our own conscious agenda, rather than others’ energies or unconscious aspects of our own desires and vows. This is the process of self actualization, or some call it the calling back or remembering our power. In this context, self-actualization means knowing ourselves inside and out, while managing our personal energy requires us to truly know ourselves.
