How to Take Advantage of Starting Fresh in Spring
The Spring season is upon us and with it comes the possibility of a new start. Take advantage of the growth and revitalization that comes naturally with Spring. If you are feeling lost or want a fresh start, and needing courage and motivation, using the ‘greening’ power of Spring can be very helpful.
I have yet to find a better comparative for the cyclic quality of growing the soul than Mother Nature. She shows us how it is natural to cycle our way; to rest and to work, to be in joy and to be in grief, to be in the dark and to be in the light. It is the practice of the mystic to cultivate acceptance of the ebb and flow of our lives.
By riding the organic ‘wave’ of Mother Nature, it helps you to move more easily through the difficulties presented in your personal work. By ‘going with the flow’ You can feel that you are participating in life; so you then can delight in your soul’s garden…..and now we all are at this year’s opportunity for the new beginnings that spring naturally provides.
I, as an intuitive counselor, encourage everyone to nurture any new growth that springs up in you that deepens the experience of your authenticity.
- How can you shine your own special light even more brightly this year?
- How can you cultivate an even deeper level of compassion for yourself that includes curiosity rather than self deprecation
- What needs to happen for you to relax into an attitude radical self acceptance rather than resignation to your ‘fate’?
In the name of self empowerment, I invite you to continue to find a regular space of quiet time, (it doesn’t have to be long and having it be regular is helpful) to be curious of what is growing in you. Nurture what is life enhancing and weed out what is choking the life out of you.

I have weeded out those plants like block the lock and chock growth. I continue to cultivate my garden. Blossoms and buds open up for there is space for the light to shine.
I just know that your internal ‘garden’ is exquisite, Lolita! 🙂 Thanks for doing all that ‘weeding’!
